Min älskade mormor gjorde alltid nötkakor och de var fantastiskt goda, precis som allt annat hon bjöd på! <3 Jag har fått äran att ta del av hennes recept. Och kommer vårda det ömt.

200g malda halsselnötskärnor
2 1/2 dl socker
2 ägg
2 msk smält smör

Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. Rör ihop ägg och socker, rör sedan ner de malda nötterna och smöret. Klicka ut smeten på en bakpappersklädd plåt. Ca 25-30 klickar. Forma till dom lite så de blir jämnt runda. Tryck försiktigt ner en hasselnöt i mitten på varje kaka. Grädda i ugnen ca 7-8 min. De ska inte få för mycket färg! Låt svalna på plåten innan du flyttar över dom, annars kan de lätt gå sönder.
